Returns & Exchanges

At ART OF JIU JITSU, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if your order does not meet your expectations, we offer returns or exchanges on unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must remain in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all kimonos, rashguards, and apparel are neatly folded with original hangtags intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
